Below is a list of all the features of this product

Use of the reagent

Our Cholic Acid ELISA test kit is designed for detection and quantification of cholic acid in plasma, serum, urine, feces, or lysates. This assay is a competitive ELISA where unknown samples are added to a plate pre-adsorbed with a cholic acid conjugate. An anti-cholic acid antibody is added, which is then detected by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody. Cholic acid levels in unknown samples are calculated based on a cholic acid standard curve.

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.

The temperatureerature for storage is

Upon receipt, aliquot and store both the Anti-Cholic Acid Antibody and 100X Cholic Acid Conjugate at -20ºC and avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
