Cell Biolabs’ LCAT ELISA test kit is a competitive ELISA developed for the detection and quantification of LCAT protein in plasma, serum or other biological fluid samples of human, mouse, rat and rabbit. The test kit has a detection sensitivity limit of 30 ng/mLLCAT.  Each test kit provides sufficient reagents to perform up to 96 assays including standard curve and unknown samples. 

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.

Upon receipt, store the Human LCAT Protein Standard at -20ºC and avoid multiple freeze/thaws by aliquoting. Store the remainder of the test kit at 4ºC.
