Our 96-Well Ras Activation ELISA test kit uses the Raf1 RBD (Rho binding domain) bound to a 96-well plate to selectively pull down the active form of Ras from purified or endogenous samples. The captured GTP-Ras is then detected by a pan-Ras antibody and HRP-conjugated secondary antibody.
Upon receipt, aliquot and store Raf-1 RBD at -80ºC and avoid freeze/thaw. Aliquot and store the Anti-pan-Ras Antibody, Secondary Antibody, GTPγS, and GDP components at -20ºC and avoid freeze/thaw. Store all other components at 4ºC until their expiration dates.
Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.
