Below is a list of all the features of this product

Use of the reagent

Our Human Carbamylated LDL ELISA test kit is a sandwich ELISA for the detection of human carbamylated LDL (CBL-LDL) in plasma, serum, and other biological fluids. LDL precipitated samples or standards are added to an anti-CBL antibody coated plate and incubated to capture carbamylated LDL. Next, a biotinylated anti-apoB-100 antibody is added, followed by a streptavidin enzyme conjugate for detection. The absorbance is read at 450nm and the level of CBL-LDL in samples is determined based on the provided CBL-LDL standard curve.

Properties

E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.
