Full description

Below is a list of all the features of this product

Use of the reagent

Protein radicals form from electron transfer from various reactive oxygen and reactive nitrogen species. Protein radicals have been linked to various disorders including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Huntington's Disease and Alzheimer's disease. The OxiSelect™ Protein Radical ELISA test kit quantifies free radicals in a standard 96-well plate.

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.

The temperatureerature for storage is

Upon receipt, aliquot and store the DMPO Nitrone Adduct HSA and Reduced BSA Standards at -20ºC to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
