Below is a list of all the features of this product

Use of the reagent

The OxiSelect™ Human Oxidized HDL ELISA test kits are enzyme immunoassays developed for the detection and quantification of human oxHDL in plasma, serum or other biological fluid samples. This oxidized HDL assay test kit is configured to selectively measure MDA-modified HDL. The test kit contains an MDA-HDL standard against which unknown samples may be compared. Note: For samples stored for more than one month, better results may be obtained with measurement of CML or HNE modifications, both of which are more stable than MDA.

Properties

E05 478 566 350 170 or Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.

The temperatureerature for storage is

Upon receipt, aliquot and store the Blocking Reagent and MDA-HDL Standard at -20ºC to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
