Samples or standards are added to an anti-A1AT antibody coated plate followed by the addition of a biotinylated anti-human A1AT antibody. A streptavidin enzyme conjugate is then added for detection. The absorbance is read at 450nm and the level of A1AT in samples is determined based on the provided human A1AT standard curve.
