Use of the reagent

Cell Biolabs’ CytoSelect™ Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) ELISA test kit is an enzyme immunoassay developed for the detection and quantification of PCNA from nuclear and whole cell extracts.  The test kit detects PCNA from mouse, rat and human, and has a detection sensitivity limit of 12.5 ng/mLPCNA.  Each test kit provides sufficient reagents to perform up to 96 assays including standard curve and unknown samples. 

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.
