About

Pigs and the smaller guinea pigs are frequent used as models for humans.Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.

Storage

Human ELISAs or ELISA kits will be stored at +4°C. The expiry date is mostly determined by the standard stability. If your ELISA kit is expired we can supply a new standard so it will still be functional.

The 1-hour Rat meat adulteration ELISA test (for beef or pig meat; 48 tests) is manufactured for Research Use Only or for diagnostics purposes.
